The original design of this room was farmhouse. While the original style was wonderful, tastes change (prior design also by me).

The client wanted boho and a touch of glam. Painting the walls a rich golden yellow and stenciling various palms in green gave me a great base from which to accessorize, keeping the lighting coordinated was important to maintain a calm vibe. Touches of gold on the sleek mirrors + a few accessories add the understated glam desired.

The bed was placed longways on the wall to give the feeling of a daybed, curtains ceiling to floor blend with the accent wall color delivering an elegant look.  Cabinet knobs were swapped out to relay a boho chic look. the bench at the foot of the bed was given a new life with paint + new baskets
